The annual Linden Ladies Day saw lovely ladies lavish bowling lawns with their talent.
It was all smiles at Linden Bowling Club on February 3 as 72 women took to the two greens for a fun day in the sun.

The bowlers came from all over the province to compete in, and enjoy the day, which came with breakfast and lunch included.
The event raised R1 000 for Casa Do Sol School, a special needs school in the suburb, and also saw loads of sanitary pads donated to The Pad Princess Project.

“We’re playing trips and we are mixing the teams in the second game to encourage socialising,” explained event organiser Ione Ritchie, on the day.

“Each person will play two games and there will be cash prizes for the top finishers. My hope is that at the games and over breakfast and lunch, bowlers will get to know each other and form friendships.”
