N14 rollover leaves woman injured

RANDBURG – An adult female lost control of her vehicle resulting in a rollover, said communications officer for Netcare 911, Shawn Herbst.

According to Shawn Herbst, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N14 between Petroport and Diepsloot, direction Krugersdorp, in Randburg at 8.51pm Saturday night (27 July).

Herbst said that reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle, an adult female, lost control of her vehicle resulting in a rollover.

“The patient was treated on the scene and once stabilised was transported by a private ambulance service to the hospital for further treatment,” he said.

In a separate incident, Netcare 911 paramedics also responded to reports of a collision on the corner of Malibongwe Drive and 2nd Avenue in Sharonlea, Randburg at 6.17pm Saturday evening (27 July).
