Chiara Favish: a woman on a mission who could use your help

Chiara Favish has raised money annually since 2016 to provide blankets for animal shelters in and around Johannesburg.

One fleece blanket costs R45. Fleece blankets are ideal because the grey blankets cannot be washed or reused.

Last year, due to generous donations, Favish was able to raise enough money to buy 500 blankets. This year, she is going on to her 13th shelter and makes it a point to donate a minimum of 50 blankets per shelter.
