Excellent performance from Vuleka learners

BORDEAUX – Vuleka awards their successful learners.

Vuleka High School obtained a 100 per cent pass rate and a 70 per cent bachelors degree pass.

Their top achievers are:

  • Head girl, Gugu Tashabalala, achieved her full academic colours and received an award for being the best performer for life orientation and isiZulu first additional language. She obtained four distinctions.
  • Tulia Kilele received her full colours for academics and received an award for being the best commerce student. She obtained three distinctions.
  • Thushi Mvubu received her full academic colours, the school’s dux scholar award as well as an award for being an ambassador. She obtained three distinctions.
  • Wongani Muwalo received her full academic colours and an award for being the best physical sciences student. She was also awarded the Vuleka’s Interact Club award. She obtained two distinctions.
  • Cynthia Ncube, received her full colours as well as an award for being the best mathematics literacy student. She obtained two distinctions.
  • Rorisang Mbushe obtained two distinctions.
  • Abiba Mayong, who was a peer counsellor, received her full academic colours and was also recognised for being an ambassador at Vuleka High School. She obtained two distinctions.
  • Baliseng Bogopa was an important member of Vuleka’s Peer counsellor group. She received her full academic colours, won the best accounting student award and was recognised as being an ambassador of the school. She obtained two distinctions.
  • Tinyiko Maluleke obtained two distinctions.
  • Zodwa Mabuza obtained one distinction.
  • Mihle Kohli obtained one distinction.
  • Nicolas Malinga was awarded the Ambassador of Vuleka award and obtained one distinction.
  • Sibusiso Ngwenya obtained one distinction.
  • Nondumiso Mazibuko obtained one distinction.
  • Lerato Segage obtained one distinction.
  • Neville Chipiso obtained one distinction.
  • Loyiso Nontolwane obtained one distinction.
  • Karabo Nzimande obtained one distinction.
