Saints serve a smashing victory at the inter-high tennis tournament

RANDPARK RIDGE – United we play, united we win.

The annual Junior Inter-High Tennis Tournament was held on 27 October.

The tournament was hosted by St Stithians College with more than 20 teams participating.

St Stithians Boys’ College first team of Andreas Scott, Ben Scott, Dan Crowie, Calvin Crouse and Loago Saleshando won their group with wins over Crawford College Lonehill, Redhill School and Dainfern College.

This victory saw them advance to the semi-final in which they beat Hoerskool Linden by 14 games to four.

In the final, with the temperature more than 30°C on court, St Stithians beat a very determined King Edward VII School team by 11 games to seven.
