No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is yet to be established. Collected trash and other materials used for informal recycling collectors in front of the property allowed the fire to spread easily.

This is the second fire in a matter of one week to take place in the suburb.

The Randburg Sun previously reported on a fire at the Cleo Court complex in Windsor West on 27 August.
