The school has been operating for the past 30 years and every year young bold individuals step onto its grounds to experience their first years of learning.

A teacher at the school, Tessa Ox said they pride themselves on teaching children using as little technology as possible.

“Often you see children glued to TV screens but here we would rather want the children outside playing with each other or with puzzles,” she said.

A fellow teacher, Catherine van Gool said they encouraged their children to express themselves as all their differences make them unique and no one is treated differently.

She added that this year the school looked forward to welcoming not only new children but more teachers too. What she loved most about her work was that she gets to see young personalities grow and said the children’s honesty was always endearing.
