All animals that are adopted from the SPCA are either spayed or neutered. The fee you pay is for the home check, sterilisation, all up-to-date inoculations, including Rabies, microchip and brass ID disc.
It is very cold in the kennels, so the animals would love donations of any blankets or towels to keep them warm.
