Rand Park High School dominates netball challenge

RANDPARK RIDGE – Crawford Lonehill suffers heavy losses against host Rand Park High.

Crawford Lonehill and Rand Park High School took each other on in a series of exciting netball games on 24 March.

It was a tough day for Crawford with a strong attacking side from Rand Park.

Ultimately the host school, Rand Park, walked away with a win in every one of their games.

Ros Stansell, master in charge of netball at Rand Park said,

“Both schools played extremely well and we really enjoyed the opportunity to host our Crawford Lonehill guests. All the teams had fun with plenty of team spirit contributing to convincing wins.”

 

Rand Park’s results were as follows:

  • U14 B won 21–1
  • U14 A won 14–8
  • U15 B won 22–2
  • U15 A won 17–14
  • First team won 36–13.

“We were very pleased with our netballers’ defence against solid Crawford teams who competed with enthusiasm. It was a great afternoon,” added Stansell.
