ROBIN HILLSFellowship Through Fitness invites residents to join its fundraising efforts that will take place on 3 March at The Kings School Robin Hills.

Personal trainer, nutritionist and award-winning bodybuilder, Charmaine Howell will also share her expertise on how to go about finding your fitness.

Organiser of the event, Sharon Stephen, explained the aim of the event was not only to get residents into shape but to fundraise for a group of people who are going to Madagascar on a community development exercise.

“Fellowship Fitness is a community service initiative which was started to address the needs of those who are unable to attend a mainstream gym. It is also an opportunity for you to de-stress. The best problem-solving solutions often arrive after a training session,” she added.

Stephen pointed out that a good workout is also a practical way to gain dominion over our bodies – and not the other way around.

“You will be surprised at what you can do with determination and encouragement from each other,” she said.
