Lots of LOLs with City of Joburg
JOBURG - Interacting with their followers is the City of Johannesburg's social media game plan.

They are funny, to say the least. But the City of Johannesburg’s social media team has reached heights few other government social media platforms have.
By mostly interacting with their audience, the City’s Twitter following has grown from less than 10 000 to over 400 000 in less than four years.
But keeping everyone happy is not always easy. Many have complained that the City’s Twitter feed indicated that they do not take issues within the municipality seriously, but the number of positive responses is still overwhelming.
@CityofJoburgZA I'm always looking forward to your next tweet šššš https://t.co/odCj5xAJIu
