Toby survives burn attack
NORTH RIDING –This furry friend was left to suffer for days with second and third degree burns.
Meet ‘Toby’, a three-year-old dog that was rescued from Cosmo City after suffering burns to his body.
This cross Rottweiler was rescued by Randburg SPCA on 18 June. Inspectors were shocked find serious burns on the left side of his body and front leg.
It could not be determined accurately what caused the burns, but inspectors suspect either chemicals or boiling water caused it.
Toby is an incredibly loving and energetic dog. He has not let the actions of cruel human beings affect him negatively.
He is ready for adoption as his final course of antibiotics is almost over.
