TicketPro Dome ranks second in the Top500
NORTH RIDING – TicketPro Dome is a winning venue after taking the second place ranking in the Top500 Companies, Exhibition and Conference Facilities category.
The TicketPro Dome has been awarded second place in the Top500 Companies, Exhibition and Conference Facilities category while the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) took home the top honors.
The Top500 ratings are developed in conjunction with University of Cape Town’s Policy Development Research Unit. To merit a Top500 rating, companies must excel in three specific disciplines: policy and accreditation, financial performance and empowerment.
Cynthia Penprase, the general manager of the Ticketpro Dome said that they were extremely proud to rank so high.
“We pride ourselves on offering excellent services and support to our clients. The fantastic accolade we have received from Top500, through a rigorous rating of more than 4 000 companies, showcases our exceptional understanding of client needs, which ensures our ongoing success,” Penprase said.
She pointed out that their facility was previously ranked fifth and then fourth and now they had jumped to number two.
“We are proud to have made a leap forward, as we are constantly looking at ways to increase the Ticketpro Dome’s presence and strength in our marketplace.
Penprase added that in line with their newly acquired accolade, they recently launched a new addition to their venue, called the Blue Label Wing Conference and Events Venue. “This allows the venue to move into new geographic markets, acquire more customers and provide the next level of service to our present customers. This sub divisible venue is excellent for trade exhibitions, business events, conferences, hosting product launches and company networking sessions,” she explained.
