Two people were killed after a light aircraft crashed just 10km from Lanseria International Airport, on the R512 on 7 March, Netcare 911 media liaison officer Athlenda Mathe revealed.
Various emergency services attended to the scene, including the Lanseria Fire Department, which came to extinguish the fire.
