Silverstar competition rules

1. Prizes are subject to availability.

2. Competition ends 13 November 2014.

3. Winners will be notified telephonically.

4. One entry per person allowed.

5. Winner(s) will be required to produce positive identification by means of an ID book.

6. No persons under 18 are allowed to participate in this competition unless otherwise stated.

7. Should the prize winner not collect the prize within 15 days of the closing of the competition, another winner will be selected.

8. Competition is open to all South Africans. Competitions are not open to employees, agencies, prize sponsors or contractors of Silverstar, Caxton JHB NW or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.

9. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash and are not negotiable.

11. Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. Caxton JHB NW, Tsogo Sun, Silverstar and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won.

12. Prizes not collected/claimed within 6 months of being won will be disposed of at Silverstar’s discretion.

13. By entering this competition, entrants agree to adhere to competition rules and regulations, details of which entrants declare themselves conversant with.

14. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.

15. Winners may be required to have their details disclosed and appear on the internet or in printed publications.

16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

18. Every participant who enter the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
