The North West Flames are ready to battle the country’s best netball teams once again in the highly anticipated Telkom Netball League this spring after a long hiatus due to lockdown.
The 2020 edition of the Telkom Netball League will take place at the Mangaung Indoor Sports Complex in Bloemfontein from 14-27 October this year.
According to Netball South Africa, the tournament will now be played in one location due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown restrictions that were put in place.
“All teams will be placed in a Biologically Safe Environment (BSE) and this is done to try and minimise the spread of the virus,” issued a press release from Netball South Africa.
Spectators will not be present during these matches.
