NWU goes green with solar plant

As part of a project to be more sustainable the North-West University started building solar plants on all three campuses.

The North-West University (NWU) implemented a plan to build solar plants on each of the three NWU-campuses as loadshedding has the NWU pulling on the shortest end.

NWU Spokesperson Louis Jacobs stated that a site was set up on the Potchefstroom campus and that all supplies for the solar plant are being offloaded.
