Pre-school principals honoured for their dedication

The main aim of this first ever ECD event was to honour and motivate principals of schools across J.B. Marks for the hard work and dedication to building the foundation of early childhood development across the board.

Pre-school school principals, managers and owners gathered for the special J.B. Marks Early Childhood Development (ECD) Appreciation Day on Friday, 22 September.

The main aim of this first ever ECD event was to honour and motivate principals of schools across J.B. Marks for the hard work and dedication to building the foundation of early childhood development across the board.

As ECD is the development that takes place in a child between birth and school going age, the importance of quality ECD centres that adhere to regulations and mandates were also discussed during this event.

Thapelo Tawana, Social Work Policy Manager (Provincial Office – ECD Services) gave a vibrant message of support at the event.
