Ongoing sewage issues for Promosa resident

A resident strongly believes that installing new and bigger pipes would help to reduce sewerage issues across the city. This is following the ongoing sewage leaks in her yard. Ennie Riuinick is a concerned resident of Promosa who has been experiencing frequent sewage spills in her yard for years. She says the need for upgraded infrastructure becomes greater as the city gets more populated.

Over the years, the first thing she usually does whenever the wastewater begins spilling is call the municipal disaster management call centre for help. She and her family try and clean and disinfect their yard with various cleaning detergents while waiting for assistance. At times, she has to call the operator several times until the relevant officials attend to the matter. Her mother got the home that she and her family live in, in the early 80s. Then, sewage leakage rarely occurred. The problem became worse and has occurred more frequently since 2014.
