Dan Tloome revenue offices remain closed

The main revenue offices at the Dan Tloome municipal building, Potchefstroom, remain closed following two more Coronavirus (Covid-19)-related cases. The offices will reopen on Monday, 7 December. According to William Maphosa, however, other offices at the main building remain open. This includes the revenue offices in Ikageng, Promosa and Ventersdorp.

Meanwhile, the offices will undergo deep cleaning and sanitisation.

“We regret the inconvenience caused to the public,” said Maphosa.

The offices at Dan Tloome were closed on 27 November, after two cases of Covid-19 were discovered. Maphosa said all personnel from the revenue hall and all offices were released that afternoon.

To make payments, residents can use the easy pay services at post offices and supermarkets or make EFT payments to the municipal’s Nedbank or Absa bank accounts.
