A PEP Home store customer was filled with joy when Catherine “Cathy” Zweni (30), a staff member at PEP Home, went the extra mile.
On 7 August a woman was shopping in PEP Home, Riverwalk, when she was approached by an unknown man. According to this customer, the man spoke to her but she did not give him her attention and looked away. Shortly afterwards, while she was standing in the queue, she was approached by Cathy, who told her that her phone had just been stolen. According to the customer, she stood there feeling helpless as the thief had already fled. However, Cathy quickly ran after the thief and was able to retrieve the cell phone and gave it back to the customer.
