As part of the Lentefees official celebration, The Color Run is bringing its own brand of Spring to Potchefstroom

Color Run’s Superhero Tour is coming to Potchefstroom and will turn thousands of local superheroes into colorful, happy Color Runners in this untimed 5km fun run.

The Most Important Information:

When: 2 September 2017

Where: Jool Plaas, Fanie du Toit Sports grounds, Loop Street

Time: 09H00 for 10H00

Tickets: https://thecolorrun.co.za

The Color Run’s 2017 Superhero Tour has been a resounding success – and Potch will be no different. Color Runners will receive a limited edition superhero race shirt, headband, powder pack, and R150 off each R350 purchase for first-time users on Takealot.com (Ts&Cs apply).

No-one likes rules, so we’ve kept ours to a minimum:

  1. Wear white at the start line
  2. Finish plastered in color – because rainbows matter, even to superheroes

When superheroes finish the race, the fun continues with the signature Finish Festival – a larger-than-life party equipped with music, dancing, and massive Color Blasts that create vivid colour combinations.

AND, The Color Run is jetting the most inspiring superhero off to Paris! One lucky hero will win an all-expenses paid trip for two to The Color Run in Paris in 2018. All you have to do is use the hashtag #TCRHero and share with your friends and TheColorRunSA on social media – it’s that simple!

The Color Run is based on four important pillars: Healthiness; happiness; individuality; and giving back to the community. “This is why Capitec Bank is the perfect headline sponsor – because Capitec Bank believes in these principles as much as we do,” says national event coordinator, Trevor Latimer.  “Community is very important to us at Capitec Bank,” says Francois Viviers Exec: Marketing and Communications. “This is why a portion of proceeds from ticket sales is donated towards making a meaningful and impactful change to those in need.”

In addition, this year The Color Run is calling on all runners to nominate a charity and help raise funds for the many superheroes who work tirelessly in our communities each and every day. Contact hello@thecolorrun.co.za for more info.
