Five held for possession of suspected stolen goods

The Potchefstroom K9 Unit arrested five suspects aged between 20 and 39 last Thursday for possession of suspected stolen goods in Ikageng.

According to Sgt Kelebogile Moleko, SAPS spokesperson, the police recovered goods worth R70 000.

‘Two laptops, one flat screen television, four DVD players, two computer speakers, nine music system speakers, two laptop chargers, cordless mouse and three remote controllers were recovered,’ she said.

The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane lauded the members who worked hard and patiently to recover the goods and arresting the suspects.
