From the hair, right down to the right shoes, the models for this year’s Hairshow were the epitome of poise and grace. The styles perfectly matched the theme of the show.
Potchefstroom Academy and the South African Academy for Hair and Skincare Technology (SAAHST) had their annual Hairshow on October 4.
The theme of the show was Bridgerton Diamonds and Pearls. The crowd cheered and clapped as stunning ladies graced the runway with incredible and jaw-dropping hair creations.
Students worked tirelessly on their creations from 07:30 up until 15:00 when the show started.
Marli van der Merwe and Sashie de Vries were the judges who ultimately decided who the talented winners were.
Winners for the 1st years were Lienike Kirsten in first place, Sunè Brits in second place, and Chrisna van Zyl in third place.
The winners for the 2nd years were Bernice Theron in first place, Zanye de Lange in second place, and Carla Uys in third.
