The municipality announced a planned power outage for Sunday, 7 July.
According to a statement issued by the municipality the power outage is planned for between 07:00 – 19:00.
“The interruption is due to planned maintenance on three transformers at the Potchefstroom substation,” the statement reads.
The affected areas are:
- Industrial area
- Suiddorp
- Miederpark
- Agricultural College
- Potchefstroom Hospital
