Die Wilge has chosen two new leadership groups for 2024
Die Wilge School proudly announced its head leaders for the school and hostel for 2024 in an inauguration ceremony on Wednesday, 7 February. This annual event holds significant importance in the school’s calendar, marking a transition in leadership and responsibility and symbolising the embodiment of values like integrity, leadership, and service.
The selection of head leaders is a rigorous process involving careful consideration and evaluating candidates based on their academic performance, leadership qualities, and contributions to the school community.
School head leaders:
Gomolemo Marogelo and Lucien Rich take on the roles of head girl and head boy for the school. The deputy head girls are Cashede Winze-Lee Jonkers and Tshepiso Oratile Fokhwebe. The deputy head boys are Prince Maragelo and Rowan Van Der Linde.
Hostel head leaders:
Kelebogile Phadi assumes the role of head girl, while Bokamosa Peletsane takes charge as head boy. Katlego Tladi and the dynamic duo of Onkabetse Mokele and Owami Motitimi will serve as deputy head girl and deputy head boys, respectively. The entire Die Wilge School community extends its heartfelt congratulations to these outstanding individuals. The school has entrusted these learners with the responsibility of leading by example.
