Carling Black Label Cup date announced

The Carling Black Label Cup between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will now be played on August 1 at FNB Stadium.

The cup was originally scheduled for July 25, but Orlando Pirates have reached the group stages of the 2015 Caf Confederation Cup, and will face CS Sfaxien of Tunisia on that weekend.

The fifth edition of the Black Label cup will thus kick off a week later. 

Carling Black Label has confirmed the new date for the 5th edition of the Carling Black Label Cup, to take place at FNB Stadium. The Soweto derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates which was originally scheduled for the 25th July 2015, will now take place on Saturday, 1st August 2015. The game was rescheduled due to Orlando Pirates advancing to the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Carling Black Label would also like to confirm that tickets bought prior to the date change will remain valid. Thus far over 35 000 tickets have been sold and fans are urged to continue purchasing their tickets available at Computicket stores nationwide.
