R25K to watch Bafana

The South African Football Association is offering the paying public the chance to travel with Bafana Bafana for their 2015 AFCON qualifier against Congo-Brazzaville in Pointe Noire.

But do so, any Bafana fan will have to fork out a whopping R25 000

According to a Safa press release, the R25 000 includes the following:

• A chartered flight departing Johannesburg on Thursday, 9 October 2014 at 13h00 (OR Tambo International Airport)
• The flight returns to South Africa on Sunday, 12 October 2014 (It leaves immediately after the match on Saturday)
• Two nights’ accommodation (bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
• Ground transport (from airport to hotel, to training ground, to the stadium and back to the airport)
• A match ticket
NB: Please note the package does not include VISA application fees and processes.

It is an individual’s responsibility to make certain all required documents to enter Congo are attained – the VISA application form is attached. http://congo-republic.visahq.co.za/embassy/south-africa/

Also, when the flight departs Congo, it will fly directly to Polokwane then Johannesburg – those wishing to stay over in Polokwane for the Wednesday (15 October 2014) match against Congo at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, can do so at their own expense.

Any interested party should pay no later than Tuesday, 7 October 2014 – no payment will be accepted on the day of departure.
