Baroka FC have terminated the contract of Thabo Kgabadi after he was found with a girl in his room while in camp with the team.

Kgabadi had recently signed a three-year contract with the newly promoted Absa Premiership side after impressing the technical staff during the ABC Motsepe League national play-offs while playing for Orbit College at Bloemfontein last month.

“He breached the contract of the team. He knew that girlfriends are not allowed at the club house and now his contract has been terminated. He admitted to guilt and wrote a letter to the team, but there is nothing that can be done to reverse the decision of the team,” said a source.
