Hunt wary of Mbesuma

Phakaaathi Reporter

Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt believes Collins Mbesuma could end his goal scoring drought tonight when his side take on Mpumalanga Black Aces in a Absa Premiership match at Mbombela Stadium.

Mbesuma is currently leading the goal scoring chat in the league with 14 goals to his name so far.

“He (Mbesuma) scores; he’s top goal scorer so it’s difficult. It’s dangerous [that he hasn’t scored much recently], it means it’s got to come sometime, it’s dangerous. I wish he had scored (against Polokwane City),” said Hunt.

“They are a good side; Aces have good pace and they beat us here [in Johannesburg]. They’re a good side.”

The Clever Boys could see their chances of winning the league title fade away if they fail to beat AmaZayoni tonight.
