This has been going on since April 1 when I lodged the first of repeated complaints to the Emfuleni Local Municipality, ELM. I was referred to the Duncanville Works where the complaint was registered for repair. Nothing has happened. Nor has there been any feedback. But there has been no response to my threat to start a police enquiry by lodging a case of ‘neglectful endangerment.’
Exposed electrical cables where children play is surely a danger, or not!
