Remember today, Monday 14 February is International Epilepsy Day. Epilepsy Week is also celebrated nationally from 14-20 February. An estimated 50 million people worldwide are affected by epilepsy, according to the World Health Organisation. To raise awareness of this, and to raise vital funds for epilepsy organisations across the world, the 50 Million Steps initiative was started asking people to help walk 50,000,000 steps ahead of International Epilepsy Day. The #50Million Steps campaign counted steps between Monday, January 10, and Monday February 14, 2022
