Don’t miss out on Art on the Banks and the popular ARTdog event

Whether you live in Parys or are visiting – on Saturday, 19 December, you can see street artists, muralists, oil paint- and spray paint artists doing live paintings, murals and demonstrations on the banks of the Vaal River. Parys will be hosting Art on the Banks for the second time. The artists will exhibit their art and crafts, and handmade or related art stalls will be part of the Hartelus Market at Egweni River Lodge in Van Coller Street on Saturday, 19 December.

Come and watch land art artists from the SA Land Artist Association creating live land artworks along the river banks. There will be many more art and entertainment surprises during the day, including the popular ARTdog event from the Parys Arts Festival. Bring your dog and come ‘paws a moment’ for a colourful experience with your four-legged friend. Be sure not to miss the flash mob performance on Parys’s main road (permission pending) on the day. To book a stall for R300, contact Karin on 083 409 9041 or Deon on 083 338 4234. Early birds get the first option of the stalls under the tree.
