There still is no answer as to why the whole town now seems to be without electricity since earlier this afternoon.
Although apparently the municipality had drawn up a new rotation loadshedding schedule with the help of a Eskom technical team that will be more clear than the previous schedule, the schedule has not been made available as yet nor answers as to what went wrong now with the electrical supply. Electrical team is at the Eskom substation now to try and find the reason for the outage
Meanwhile a large group from the Tumahole Community had gathered at the Fezile Dabi Stadium in Tumahole since 13:30 to mobilize the community for a protest against the daily laodshedding in Parys, Tumahole and Schonkenville without a clear schedule or time frame for outages.
A group of more than 300 community members is according to information currently marching to the houses of councillors.
According to information the MM will address the group at Tumahole Municipal Offices on their arrival there.
Public Order Police members are keeping an eye together with the police.
