Please help these children.

Tumahole – Groceries that were supposed to last for three months for the 69 children of the Tumahole Self-help Association for the Disabled, were all stolen in a burglary at the centre’s storeroom.
The groceries for the children’s meals are bought every three months with a grant from the Department of Social Development, says Mr Moses Ngalo, the centre manager.

The empty grocery cupboards at the Tumahole Selfhelp Association for the Disabled after a burglary over the weekend. The groceries was meant to prepare meals for the 69 children of the centre for the next 3 months.


With all the groceries now gone, the centre and the children are in desperate need of your help. Any groceries will be appreciated and can be delivered to 20 Schochet Street, next to Van Niekerk Broers in the Parys Industrial area. Alternatively, financial contributions can be paid into the centre’s account: Account number 042310180, Standard Bank      Cheque account. People willing to help can also phone the centre on (056) 817 1616 or 079 728 3697.
