Get out of the office and meet Jan Braai

“Friday, 30 September has been earmarked as the dedicated corporate evening where businesses will have an opportunity to engage with Jan Braai,” says Emerald Resort & Casino’s Marketing Executive Tanuja Gangabishun. “We felt the need to separate the general public and commercial events into two different evenings as the conversations with Jan will markedly different.”

Corporate tables, seating 10, are available for companies to spoil or entertain their stakeholders, clients, staff or suppliers. The evening takes place in Emerald Resort & Casino’s private game park, surrounded by wild game.

Guests can enjoy a game drive and a specially prepared braai buffet style menu using Jan’s unique recipes. Included in the evening is a complimentary bottle of Rib Shack red wine and live entertainment by Pieter Albert Jordaan and dedicated time with Jan as he shares his latest recipes and anecdotes.

Mouth watering items on the menu includes, roosterkoek with assorted butters, luxury braai broodjies, sticky honey and apple juice pork spare ribs, chicken tikka masala and pork potjies, braaied snoek, fillet steak, boerewors and much more. The meals are inspired by Jan’s recipes after having worked closely with Emerald Resort & Casino’s chefs and will oversee all the cooking.
