Last year’s camp held at the same venue, was a time for personal growth and development, leadership training and a whole lot of fun for those who attended. The programme included swimming, hiking, leadership training, wildlife experience and survival training.
Delegates must meet the following criteria: Be in Grade 10 or 11, be between 15 and 17 years of age,  be bilingual and not have attended a RYLA camp previously.
Full details, applications forms, medical forms and information on what to bring can be found on the website https://domerunners.vdome.co.za/ryla-camp-2015/ or by contacting the RYLA convenor for the camp, Renee Hartslief on renee.rotaryparys@gmail.com
Rotary respects and encourages youth leadership. Ryla therefore stands for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards and emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth. It aims to provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders.
