Sweet revenge for Tumahole Soccer Legends

The two teams have established a good relationship, and they now intend to invite teams from Sasolburg, Kroonstad and Welkom to compete.

On Sunday, 29 May, the Tumahole Soccer Legends hosted a team from North West at Sindekile Primary’s sports grounds. The game started with a slow pace while both teams tested each other’s strengths.
Towards the end of the first half, the Tumahole Legends managed to score through a penalty spot-kick. The first half ended with the same scoreline, but, 10 minutes after the recess, Tumahole Legends scored two quick goals through the boot of their leading goal scorer, Pastor Mogomotsi.
The North West Legends fought back and managed to reduce the deficit by scoring two goals.
The game ended three goals to two in favour of the Tumahole Legends. It was sweet revenge for them after North West beat Tumahole Legends two goals to one the last time the Tumahole team visited them in Potchefstroom.
