Bokang Mpatane is Schonkenville Intermediate School’s top achiever of the 2023 matric class with four distinctions in Maths, Physical Science, Life Sciences and Accounting respectively.
The school was also awarded with a silver award for schools with a pass rate between 90% and 99%. “I am so proud of our teachers. They are my strength and really care about the children and one another. They are a formidable team who also did well in their respective subjects,” school principal Layla Ismail said after attending the Department of Education’s Well Done function in Bloemfontein today, Friday 19 January.
