Potchefstromers het verlede naweek ‘n spinathon gehou om fondse in te samel vir die oud-Gimmie, Edwin Nelson, wat albei sy bene einde Mei vanjaar na ‘n motorongeluk op die Parys/Potchefstroom-pad verloor het.

Weens die aard van sy beserings moes albei sy bene geamputeer word.
