Orange and star anise nightcap

Ingredients

  • 750 ml Robertson Red Chapel
  • 2 Oranges, juiced
  • 3 Star Aniseed
  • 100 ml Brandy

Method

  1. Squeeze juice from two oranges.
  2. Add bottle of wine, orange juice, star aniseed and brandy in a small pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for three minutes.
  4. For garnish, add whole star aniseed and a slice of orange to glasses.
