Tumahole Makhulu’s Club showing fitness is for everyone

The club gives members a chance to interact and improve their physical and mental health.

 

 

The Tumahole Makhulu’s Club was honoured today by the Sipho Dinku Foundation and several other organisations. The club was established about a year ago. Club members may be senior in age, but certainly not in mind and spirit.

The club gives members a chance to interact and improve their physical and mental health.

The twenty members were put through their paces by their coaches and Krag Apie Gym also gave a special session to the group.

The group was treated to hot dogs, fruit and water. The ladies, some of them in their eighties says they are active and not just sitting around a home being bored anymore, they feel healthy and energetic.

They event was supported by the  South African Samaritans Organisation, VIVA fuelstation in Tumahole, Krag Apie Gym, Jacks Paint, Ngwathe Residents Association, OBC Butchery, George’s Funeral Services and TR Lifestyle
