Eskom extends load shedding to Friday

Eskom announced this morning that it is now extending Stage 2 load shedding until Friday at 05:00.

The national energy provider says the extra load shedding is necessary due to further unit failures and continued delays to return units to service. Problems at the Camden and Tutuka power stations in the Mpumalanga highveld have led to the problems. Parys will have no further loadshedding for today, Wednesday 13 April,  but be prepared to have loadshedding twice on Thursday 14 April.

Loadshedding for Parys for Thursday is at
10:00-12:00 18:00-20:30
