Local businessman is DA’s new councillor

Mr Sabatha Segoba, a young local businessman, has been selected as new DA councillor in Ngwathe. He succeeds the former councillor, Poloko Molaphene, who resigned to take up a municipal position in Sasolburg. Segoba matriculated at Boitlamo Secondary School in Tumahole and studied for a B.Comm in Business Information Services at Monash SA University. He helped establish the first Free State Innovation Summit in partnership with the SAB Foundation. He says he is passionate about support programmes for business development. He runs a business consultancy and sees “vast potential” in the municipality, which he is keen to help grow and prosper. He is getting married this weekend.
