It was with a friendly greeting that I received by Cindy at the Parys Clinic’s reception counter. She made sure I was seated in the queue and brought me the relevant form to complete. As more people arrived, she was attentive to each ones needs. I saw her bring a calmness and positivity to the waiting area of the Clinic.
Cindy reminded me that paying attention to the small detail in life can make a big difference. She treated each person (young and old) with respect and often went out of her way to make sure an individual was taken care of. Surely Cindy is an asset to the Parys Clinic!
Thank you Sister Mahasane for your professional and kind mannerism. She was considerate and gentle in all she did, taking the time during the procedure to explain what she was doing and what would happen next. She obviously takes pride in her work and the community of Parys benefits from her studies and medical knowledge.
Over and above that, her interaction with patients sets one’s mind to ease, is caring and beyond the call of druy. All round it was a positive experience being at the Parys Clinic.
