You might have noticed the pop up site at Pick ‘n Pay Parys on this week’s vaccination schedule for Ngwathe.

Who can make use of this site?

If you are 18 and above, you can get vaccinated at this site for your convenience. You don’t need to wait for an SMS telling you when and where to vaccinate after registration. You can simply go to the pop up site. Just bring your ID

When can you go to the pop up site at Parys Pick ‘n Pay?

The site is available today (Wednesday 22 September)-Thursday (23 September) 08:00 till 16:00 and on Friday 24 September and  Saturday 25 September 08:00-13:00  

 

What is a pop up site?

Additional outreach Covid-19 vaccination sites have  been rolled out supplementing the current provincial outreach plans with donor funded vaccination capacity This means a rapid increasing of daily vaccination capacity bringing vaccination opportunities closer to people. Retail partners voiced their support offfering space in or near their stores. This includes Pick ‘n Pay, Spar, Shoprite, Cambridge Food,  Rhino Cash & Carry and Boxer. The site at Parys Pick ‘n Pay will be run by Vikelizizwe with experienced health teams. This outreach is funded by the Solidarity Fund to support provincial departments of health.
