Potch to host SA National Sailplane Competition

 

 

The SA National Sailplane Competition will be held from 3 to 9 October in Potchefstroom. The Soaring Society of South Africa represents 410 sailplane pilots across the country with 18 clubs under their auspicious. They have produced world champions in the past and currently one of their champion pilots is competing in the World Sailplane Grand Prix final in France. The SA National competition event is open for spectators free of charge. Food and drinks will be availabe.

This is and excellent opportunity to discover flight training opportunities in the Potchefstroom area. For Parysenaars the event is close to home. Why not spend the day in Potch enjoying this truelly vivid sport event?
