Tumahole Soccer Legends back on the field

Tumahole Soccer Legends back on the field

For a while, Tumahole Soccer Legends was not seen on the field due to Covid-19 restrictions, but they were back on the field in Zamdela on Monday, testing their strength against a much younger team. As expected, the Zamdela team scored their first goal in the first half, unsettling the visiting team.

That was also the only goal for the first half. But, in the second half, the Tumahole Soccer Legends had a stunning performance, scoring their goal through their striker, Amos Nana, to level the score to one goal each. Towards the end of the second half, the Zamdela team managed to score their second goal and the game finally ended two goals to one in their favour.

Although the Tumahole Soccer Legends lost the game, their performance had improved, giving them courage in the knowledge that they are ready to face a challenge with any team, regardless of age. They now plan to travel to Welkom soon, to play with the legends there. All those who want to join the local team, especially those above sixty are welcome to join in the preparation for the national Golden Games.
