What’s for dinner? Crispers BBQ chicken nachos

Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, crispers make for the best Nachos ever.

With mandatory melted cheese, avo and a dollop of sour cream, this nachos recipe is easy enough for a weeknight dinner.

You’ll need: 150g McCain Crispers; 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded; 50g cheddar cheese, grated; 1 pickled Jalapeno, thinly sliced; ½ small red onion, thinly sliced; ½ avocado, sliced; 45ml BBQ sauce; 30ml sour cream; few leaves of Cilantro.

How to:

Deep fry crisper until cooked and crispy then set aside. 

Toss chicken in BBQ sauce. Layer half of the crispers, cheese, chicken, jalapeno and onion. Repeat.

Bake until cheese is melty.

Top with avocado, sour cream and cilantro then serve
