Police and municipality checking on Covid-19 protocols

The SAPS, accompanied by officials of the Ngwathe Municipality, visited several key business points in the CBD and Tumahole last week to check on Covid-19 protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.

They visited the Post Office, Shoprite, U Safe and Sasol Delight, where the importance of wearing masks, keeping social distance and washing and sanitising hands were once again highlighted. Several actions were also seen in town over the past week, where people were fined for not wearing masks in public.
